Courthouse fight
- 1
Take ranged firepower
Use Lancer or Hammerburst; a remote-detonation launcher and spare ammo are available.
- 2
Create room
Retreat across the arena when it closes in. Squadmates can draw its attention.
- 3
Check emerging threats
Listen for its call and watch emergence holes for juvies as its health falls.
| Cue | Move |
|---|---|
| Wrist chains | Keep moving; swings can kill or down you. |
| Closing distance | Leave the Courthouse steps before a stomp traps you. |
Later campaign encounter · Fort Vigil
Ben-Gun's Act 3 recording shows a Supply Cache in the gift shop before the colonnade fight. Tai draws attention while squad dialogue calls for sustained fire; rifle and Torque Bow shots appear in the capture.[3]
Use the Act 3 Chapter 6 route for the low-wall opening and timestamped encounter sequence. Read this as another encounter's evidence: the Courthouse's layout and scripted hazards should not automatically become rules for every Brumak fight.
Brumaks in Horde Siege
The Coalition also confirms Brumaks in Horde Invasion Events. Their arrival notifies all squads, brings supporting units and applies a temporary modifier that can block extraction or disable Supply Caches. Participating squads share rewards.[4]
September 30 launch tuning increased the difficulty of all Invasions and reduced Weapon Part rewards for participation.[5]
For event objectives and extraction, use Horde Siege. Return to the Act 1 route for the surrounding campaign chapter.
