Does the Premium Upgrade include E-Day?

No. It adds benefits to an owned base game or eligible Game Pass access. Keep the base-game license or subscription active to play.[1][3]

Is Game Pass Premium the same as E-Day Premium Edition?

No. One names a subscription plan; the other names a game edition. E-Day's day-one access names Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Premium Edition or Premium Upgrade was required for the earlier access period, and now adds optional extras.[1][4]

Xbox console online multiplayer requires a Game Pass plan that includes online multiplayer. This is separate from buying the game or its Premium extras.[3]

What about an Xbox disc and PC play?

The October 1 launch announcement includes E-Day in Xbox's Disc to Digital program. Xbox describes claiming a supported disc's digital entitlement by inserting and launching it on a compatible disc console, with Play Anywhere benefits where supported. The program began as an Xbox Insider feature; check your console's current availability and instructions. This does not grant a Steam license.[1][6][9]

Preload, download and preorder rewards

Pre-install opened September 29 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC and Steam. Leave room for updates as well as the installation; the current PC specification is 115GB on an SSD. A completed preload does not change your edition's unlock time.[4][8]

The preorder offer ended October 6 at 7:59 a.m. PT. Exfil Dom and the Exfil weapon skin set were available from early access. Eligible digital preorders grant them automatically; physical purchases may use a retailer code. Exfil cosmetics apply in Horde Siege and Versus.[3][5]

For hardware and handheld details, see PC Requirements. If the game will not start, use Launch Troubleshooting.[4][10]

Is there a PS5 or native Xbox One version?

The announced native release is Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC. Neither a PS5 nor native Xbox One version is listed.[1][3]
