Compare the action you can perform consistently. A cover kill, a Perfect Reload and a revive are different moments; read the relevant card before treating any of them as a general survival upgrade.

The class column identifies where a launch guide reports the example; it does not establish exclusive access or a campaign unlock. For the reported class-level nodes, use Horde Classes. Compare your ability's timing in Tactical Gear & Mods.

Are Perfect Ammo duration and receiving a Perfect Reload the same effect?

Game8’s Breacher guide reports two different rules: Muscle Memory changes the reload window and Perfect Ammo duration; Proximity Reload grants a Perfect Reload after a close-range kill.[3]

Try one condition in a familiar encounter

An editorial comparison loop
  1. READ

    Write the trigger

Record the current mod name and the action or target its card requires. Keep the difficulty and checkpoint fixed.

  2. TRY

    Change one slot

Replay the same encounter and note whether you perform that action often enough for the effect to help.

  3. COMPARE

    Keep a useful change

Compare ammo, reload comfort and survival with your previous setup. Restore the old choice if the new condition does not fit the fight.

Planning the next refit? Follow Hard Case routes and Supply Cache locations for exploration and equipment stops. Exact damage percentages, healing amounts, regeneration delays and stacking behavior still require additional card evidence or controlled tests.
